TELL New Mexico

The Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning (TELL) New Mexico survey is an anonymous statewide survey of licensed school-based educators to assess teaching conditions at the school, district and state level. Research from around the country shows that teaching conditions are positively associated with improved student achievement and teacher retention. The TELL New Mexico results will provide educators with data, tools and direct support to facilitate school improvement.

The New Teacher Center

The New Teacher Center (NTC) works collaboratively with a variety of stakeholder groups representing teachers, superintendents, community and business to conduct the survey. NTC is a nonpartisan group with a mission to support the development of an effective, dedicated and inspired teaching force. NTC also has vast experience conducting similar surveys across the country. For more information about NTC’s work across the country with TELL surveys, please click here.
